SHIPPING
All orders ship from Vancouver,
BC, Canada with tracking. Airmail delivery to the US and Canada normally takes a week but can take up to two weeks. Tracking is not automatically sent to you. Please email me for your tracking number 3 days after placing your order.

After you click BUY NOW you will enter the shopping basket where the drop-down menu offers the following shipping options (see below). All rates include handling. Our FedEx rates include a large discount off the normal FedEx retail rates. Please email me for other shipping options such as UPS and DHL.

This service is for Canada and the US lower 48 States. Please email me for the rates to Alaska and Hawaii.
Overnight shipping requires a physical address (not a PO box) & a local phone number.
We do our best to expedite processing but overnight shipping from Vancouver,
Canada does not always mean next day arrival. This depends on
logistics, flight scheduling, local holidays on the shipping or receiving
side, customs and the weather, and cut-off times and delivery schedules.
Thursday and Friday orders may ship on Monday unless Monday is a holiday. Saturday and Sunday orders will ship on Monday unless Monday is a holiday.
FedEx normally clears orders through customs. But occasionally customers may need to facilitate the process. Refunds are not issued in case of delivery delays.
OVERSEAS
Because of unexplained recent losses in the Postal System using Airmail and Registered Airmail, we now ship with FedEx courier exclusively (or another courier at your request). If, however, your shipment is returned to us for whatever reason, we are not liable for the original shipping cost or for the cost of re-shipping your order to you. This note is only cautionary, because this has only happened once in 26 years, due to the customer inadvertently providing the wrong shipping address.
FedEx WORLDWIDE -- $99.95 + supplement
A supplement is added to the $99.95 rate because of increased shipping costs.
Please email me your shipping address and I will confirm your FedEx rate and then invoice you for the balance due.

QUALITY CONTROL
Kindly note that handholds and footpads may occasionally arrive with imperfections due to industrial milling & finishing, including the underside of the footpads. There may also occasionally be a small ding in the black handhold caps due to the industrial mould they use in their manufacture. These small imperfections do not in any way detract from the effectiveness of The Ultimate Zapper.
